Maintenance, repair and modernization for the Lake Norman area, residential and commercial.
Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville, along with the rest of the lake, have many waterfront and multi-level homes with residential elevators, plus newer condo, office and medical buildings. A yearly maintenance visit keeps a home elevator safe and dependable.
We cover the whole lake, including Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, Denver and Sherrills Ford, with maintenance, repair and modernization for home and commercial elevators.
In North Carolina, elevators are inspected by the NC Department of Labor's Elevator and Amusement Device Bureau, and the certificate posted in the car shows when your equipment last passed.
That inspection is a snapshot, not a maintenance record. Between inspections, your service provider is what keeps the equipment safe and ready for the next one. We plan maintenance around your inspection date, help you get ready for it, and take care of anything the inspector writes up.
Not sure what your certificate covers? Here's a plain-language explainer.
Tell us about your elevator and we'll get back to you, usually the same day. For an entrapment or emergency, call (704) 226-4256.
