Maintenance, repair and modernization for Rowan County, residential and commercial.
Salisbury's historic downtown has some of the region's older multi-story buildings, alongside hospitals and medical offices, college campuses, churches and senior living across Rowan County. Older equipment here often needs a provider who can source parts, keep it passing inspection, and lay out an honest modernization plan when the time comes.
We service hydraulic and traction elevators and accessibility lifts throughout Salisbury and Rowan County.
Most elevators in Rowan County are hydraulic. Some equipment still in service dates back to the 1930s. We service home elevators too.
In North Carolina, elevators are inspected by the NC Department of Labor's Elevator and Amusement Device Bureau, and the certificate posted in the car shows when your equipment last passed.
That inspection is a snapshot, not a maintenance record. Between inspections, your service provider is what keeps the equipment safe and ready for the next one. We plan maintenance around your inspection date, help you get ready for it, and take care of anything the inspector writes up.
Not sure what your certificate covers? Here's a plain-language explainer.
Tell us about your elevator and we'll get back to you, usually the same day. For an entrapment or emergency, call (704) 226-4256.
